North West hosts National debate on Road Safety and PET competitions
Community Safety and Transport Management MEC, Dr Motlhabane will deliver a keynote address to about 250 learners from across the country, who are currently battling for first positions on different categories of the National Road Safety Debate and Participatory Education Technique competitions hosted at Rustenburg in the North West Province.
The two competitions that are running concurrently started on the 2nd October and will end with a price given on Friday 6th October 2017.
In his address as the Chairperson of the Shareholders Committee for the National Department of Transport, MEC Motlhabane is expected to touch on issues of approval of the National Road Safety Strategy and the approval of the Administrative Adjudication of the Road Traffic Offenses Act (AARTO).
