On April 14th, 2004 the overwhelming majority of South Africans in the North West Province voted the African National Congress once again to continue leading the transformation agenda of our province.
In May 2004 the premier appointed MECs to various portfolios with me responsible for the Developmental Local Government and Housing. I take political and administrative oversight and determine policy direction of the department. It is in this context, that I invite you to join us in this Voyage of Service delivery.
