TO SUPPORT AND ADVICE THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR IN FULFILLING THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS

1. To co-ordinate the provisioning of Professional Support Services in the region.
2. To co-ordinate the provisioning Educational Support Services in enhancing continuous communication with stakeholders, labour, staff and the region.
3. To liaise with Community based structures to improve sound relations
4. To ensure the strategic planning and management of the directorate.
5. To facilitate and ensure the leverage of Professional and educational support services to learning institutions through the area project offices
6. To facilitate, co-ordinate and ensure the implementation of IQMS, PMDS and other policies in the region.
7. Assist the director’s compliance to his performance agreement
8. Coordinate activities of all CESs and APO’s management to enhance the quality of service delivery.
9. Support and guide all CESs on variety of Professional and Education support services.
