North West Community Policing Forum Mourns the Death of Its PRO

Community Safety and Transport Management MEC, Dr Mokgantshang Motlhabane sends his heartfelt condolences to the Moyakhe family after the sad and untimely passing on of Zakhele Moyakhe who was serving as the PRO of the Provincial Community Policing Forum (CPF).

The deceased has been serving on the CPF since the year 2000 and was attached to the Ikageng Police Station in Potchefstroom. He was later elected to the Wolmaranstad Cluster
In 2016 he was elected to serve on the Provincial CPF Board as the Public Relations Officer (PRO), where he served with dedication and commitment.

“Our deepest condolences goes to the Moyakhe family who are sadly confronted with this grief. It is saddening to lose a person of his calibre who has dedicated his life to serve the communities of Bokone Bophirima.

With the passing of Zakhele, our Province has lost an individual who was an asset in respect of crime combating, crime prevention and monitoring and evaluation of SAPS work."

MEC Motlhabane appealed to the communities to recommit themselves in the fight against crime as a way to pay their last respect and honour the late Mr. Zakhele Moyakhe. “He was passionate to fight crime in the Province

His memorial service is currently taking place at Ipelegeng Multi purpose Centre in Scheizer-Reneke today, Thusrday 17th August 2017 at 14H00.

Zakhele Moyakhe will be laid to rest in his home in Scheizer-Reneke on Saturday, 19th August 2017 at 7h00.
